| Application Notes | Reagent specifically designed to provide a known standard for the instruments’ Orange/Red channel. It leverages the Coulter Principle-based counting technology and the fluorescence capabilities of the Moxi V and Moxi GO II to provide the user with a consistent, known concentration, bead particle size, and specific mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of the conjugated fluorophore. It is the perfect product to use as a reference standard both for experimental results and instrument troubleshooting. The fluorophore has been specifically chosen for optimal excitation with both the 488nm laser of the GO II and the 532nm laser of the Moxi V as well as optimal emission for detection with the 561 nm/LP filter present in both instruments. Compatible with the Moxi Flow/GO. |
