Basic kit for running viability measurements – Leverages the orange channel in either a Moxi V or Moxi Go II to identify dead cells via propidium iodide-based (PI-based) cell staining. The perfect bundle for those who want a fast and easy viability reading on most cell types.
Comes with our Type M+ cassettes for running samples containing slightly larger cells on a Moxi Go II and Moxi V. Integrates our proprietary microfluidics-based cassette technology for cell counting with fluorescence detection capabilities. Designed to work on larger cell types via a slightly larger detection aperture (size range = 4 – 34µm; volume range = 34 – 22,449fL), this cassette will work perfectly for any common mammalian cell type but will also work for larger cells that are 26-34µm. Can accurately run samples with concentrations between 5,000 – 7.5e5 cells/ml, with the optimal concentration being 1e5 cells/mL.
