Basic kit for a Moxi Go II for checking the functionality of the instrument – Leverages its Coulter Principle-based particle sizing technology and two-color fluorescence detection capabilities via system check beads – Provides both of our fluorescently labeled check beads (both orange/red and green channel beads) to test your instrument to verify whether it is working properly. The known mean fluorescence intensity (MFI), size, and concentration of the beads can be used to verify if the instrument can correctly produce repeatable and reliable results and for you to decide whether service is required. Includes 2 packs of M+ cassettes (total tests = 100) , 1 vial of green channel check beads, and 1 vial of orange/red channel check beads.

Comes with our Type M+ cassettes for running samples containing slightly larger cells on a Moxi Go II and Moxi V. Integrates our proprietary microfluidics-based cassette technology for cell counting with fluorescence detection capabilities. Designed to work on larger cell types via a slightly larger detection aperture (size range = 4 – 34µm; volume range = 34 – 22,449fL), this cassette will work perfectly for any common mammalian cell type but will also work for larger cells that are 26-34µm. Can accurately run samples with concentrations between 5,000 – 7.5e5 cells/ml, with the optimal concentration being 1e5 cells/mL.
