Validation Check Beads for Green Channel
Green Channel Fluoresence System Check Beads (Moxi GO II) – Reagent specifically designed to provide a known standard for the instrument’s green channel. It leverages the Coulter Principle-based counting technology and the fluorescence capabilities of the Moxi GO II to provide the user with a consistent, known concentration, bead particle size, and specific mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of the conjugated fluorophore. It is the perfect product to use as a reference standard both for experimental results and instrument troubleshooting. The fluorophore has been specifically chosen for optimal excitation with the 488nm laser and optimal emission for detection with the 525 nm/45 filter. Includes three 5mL vials

The fluorophore has been specifically chosen for optimal excitation with both the 532nm laser of the Moxi Flow as well as optimal emission for detection with the 590/40nm filter. Moxi Cyte Single Color Viability Reagent
Optimized reagent for quick and easy identification dead cells in a cell sample – Propidium iodide-based contents will enter more permeable dead/dying cells, bind to DNA, and fluoresce – Carefully designed reagent to ensure optimal fluorescence detection with the 561nm/LP filter of either the Moxi V or Moxi GO II. Compatible with any of our fluorescence-based systems. Includes three 15mL vials (100 tests/vial = 300 total tests)
Moxi Cyte Two Color Viability Reagent
Optimized reagent for more advanced, two color-based identification of dead cells in a sample. Contents include Acridine Orange (AO) which will premeate into all cells, bind nucleic acids, and fluoresce green as well as Propidium Iodide (PI) which will permeate only dead/dying cells, bind nucleaic acids, and fluoresce orange. These two layers of fluorescence ensures the identification of both all cells (green-positive) and truly dead cells (green/orange-positive). Carefully designed to ensure optimal fluorescence detection with both the 525/45nm filter and 561nm/LP filter of the Moxi GO II. Includes two 15mL vials (100 tests/vial = 200 total tests)
